I's been three weeks since I've been home from Thailand and from having my facelift procedure in Bumrungrad hospital .I'd like to thank you for your efficiency and professionalism. It was wonderful having everything organized for me,from flights to and from Thailand including airport transfers, accommodation,my consultation with your selection of the best from the best surgeons and the lovely after care by the english speaking lady that called daily to visit me. I can not speak highly enough of the professional care and attention I received during my ten days in Bumrungrad not only by the surgical team but also the beautiful gentle nursing staff. My accommodation at the BH Residence suites was excellent, more like an apartment, plenty of room with nice comfy chairs and sofas and a great view of the city at night being on the sixteenth floor. I was delighted that Debbee called to see me during her business trip to Thailand. It's always nice to put face to a voice. Debbee was interested to hear how everything went and if I had any suggestions for improvements. I know you can always find things to improve on, but for me I could not fault a thing .I felt absolutely comfortable with your advice, suggestions and organization the I couldn't wait for our three week holiday to be over so that I could my facelift done. I'm very happy with my look so far .I still have a bit of swelling on the cheeks near my ears so once that recedes it should be pretty good. I should also add how fortunate I have been in not experiencing any pain whatsoever after surgery only a tightness as you and the surgeon advised me and I expected Brian (my husband) tells me he feels like a cradle snatcher and tells everyone(family in Victoria) who haven't seen me yet that I look Twenty five. Lovely to have a doting and supporting hubby. Our friends are impressed and like what they see, especially the women, so they too are looking at having some nip and tuck done .They'll be in the BEST OF HANDS with Advanced Medi -Travel.

Wow !!! what a wonderful time we had in Bangkok!! My Breast Augmentation went really well and We are so happy with the results. It was easier than we expected and the hospital was nothing short of brilliant. We were so impressed and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone. I applaud my surgeon and his wife, they are both so caring and kept me informed all the way. The only time I was frightened was when my husband couldn't come into the pre-op room and I was on my own. Within 5 min's Dr Teerasit and his wife came in and assured me all would be fine, I was a little teary but Dr Teerasits wife stayed with me and took me into theatre and held my hand till I went to sleep.It was nice of Debbee to come and visit and chat- although I must apologize if I was off with the fairies!! The hospital treated me like royalty and were always there making sure I was OK. So here I am 5 weeks Post OP and feeling great. I cannot thank you guys for making the whole process so simple and informative

I have attached a photo taken on Saturday. Hard to believe it’s only been 14 days since my breast surgery! Just wanted to let you know that I had a wonderful time in Bangkok. Everything was amazing to me, but the most incredible experience was the care and attention I received from the Doctors and Nurses and staff at Bumrungrad Hospital. I would recommend it to anyone and just could not find fault with anything. I truly believe that I would never have received that sort of care here in Australia (unless I paid a huge amount of money).

Hi Christa,
I've been back 3 weeks and my Breast lift went very well . Am still getting used to my new look, and sill have a bit of recovery to go, but overall, I am happy with the new me.
My Surgeon was very helpful and capable as was his wife . He was very professional and was available any time i needed to see him with any questions or concerns I had ! He actually charged me less than the original quote as the surgery was not as complicated as he thought it would be. Bumrungrad hospital was amazing and the level of care and expertise, you could not get here .
Originally i stayed at the Residence I then changed to the suites 2 days later, and for an extra $35, it was absolutely luxurious and the king bed was amazing Thanks for all your help, I continue to tell people how safe and happy I was with the whole experience and do not hesitate in recommending your service to others................

Thank you for your letter. I was very satisfied with the service you provided. I would be happy to recommend your services to others. However, I would appreciate it if my surname was not used as none of my family and friends know I have had surgery.
The facilities at Bumrungrad are of a very high standard, the staff are very courteous and helpful. My surgeon was a very nice person. I did not feel intimidated by him. He was very thorough and checked me many times after surgery and I needed to stay in two nights, which was fine.
Doctor advised me he was unable to do a brow lift as the skin was too tight in that area. As I was concerned about the appearance of my brow he arranged for another doctor to administer Botox. It is the best Botox result I have ever had, and was somewhat cheaper than here.
The result I have is very natural looking and I am pleased with it. A number of people have commented on how well I look!! but nobody has suspected I had surgery.
Thank you for all the information you provided me with and arranging my pick up from the airport. The new airport is rather chaotic and the exit areas are very crowded. I did have somebody succeed in opening my handbag but fortunately nothing was stolen as I had my money elsewhere. You may want to mention this to your clients to be very careful.
Once again, thank you for arranging my surgery and for replying to all my queries so promptly.

Would like to thank you very very much for your help to get thru everything, surgery did go very well 6,5 hrs, recovering well but slowly very bruised and swollen but very very happy with results so far, but it can only get better removed 2,5 kg fat. I can see some results straight away but expecting even better in future so far so good impressed with the look of my new body , especially. I would like to thank you very very much for your help and support un till the last minute and your card , and a lot more, very very surprised from the service top service better than anywhere in australia. I am a nurse I can see the difference everyone was so dedicated. I felt I was treated like a queen not a patient and really have no words to express my positive emotions it has been unbelievable right from the beginning from the airport till now very very impressed I would really like to express my emotions to the Australian public to tell them Thailand is not what they think if you go to the right place , very very happy with everyone. I can't praise my doctor highly enough, you certainly needn't worry about recommending him, a truly lovely man and certainly knows how to give a girl beautiful breasts! Thought I would write to you to thank you for your organization of my breast lift and enlargement.
Everything went well, in fact I was surprised at how little discomfort I felt after the operation and didn't need pain killers at all. And I must say they look great (If I do say so myself). I would definitely recommend Dr. Preeyaphas. He really made me feel at ease and was a very nice man and of course the staff at the hospital were wonderful.
The BH Suites were great. They do have room service now. They will deliver from 3 of the different restaurants at the hospital. All round it was a very successful experience and again thank you

Hi Christa,
Just thought I would let you know how wonderfully it all went - I am looking great (well the new twins are) and feeling excellent - am hopefully having stitches out on Thursday and then trying to get out of this dump and over to Indonesia
The Doctor was great - am booked in for teeth tomorrow and catching up with Robyn at Sheraton tonight for dinner.
Trying to find good place for decent facial - if you know anywhere let me know still please?
The recovery process has been 200% better than I anticipated after all that worrying (I think my 2 girlfriends who had the same thing done like 10
years ago put the fear of god in me and technology has clearly come a long way since then). The hospital is in fact much nicer than my hotel room and was the best nights sleep I probably have had the whole time here - its so loud, smoggy, dirty etc - guess no different to if I had to stay in Denpassar for a week or Java.
Anyway thought I would let you know how it went and thank you again for all your time and support etc (by the way I had the underarm, under muscle 260 cc. I think that's what you call it - he wanted to put more in but I said I didn't want to come out like Pamela Anderson - so very pleased with result - just have to go through the painful exercise everyday now to soften them up).
Off for new bra's today - yipee!!!

I've got new boobs.
They are lovely. They just have to settle and they will be perfect. Thank you for your recommendation my surgeon, he is a good surgeon. The hospital and the staff cannot be more highly recommended.
I did not get the nose done, as I need to do some more research into this operation and try to figure out what outcome I really want. Anyway there is time for that later.
It was really wonderful to have someone to chat with who was going through the same procedure. If it is at all possible you should recommend other clients to contact each other whilst in Thailand - it makes the whole visit less isolating.
Thank you again for a wonderful service, I'm sure i can make this a yearly
visit.

After seeing the report about Bumrungrad Hospital on 60 Minutes, my husband and I were convinced. If that was not enough, my sister, who is a nurse contacted her friends who worked for Associated Press in Asia. His experience being hospitalized there proved to be beyond his expectations. He and his wife have continued flying back for the past few years.
My experience was most positive with you in helping me with my hotel accommodations, travel, choice of doctor to setting up the surgery schedule, etc. With the time change it was prohibitive with my work schedule to arrange the trip on my own. I am thankful to you for answering my questions and handling any concerns.
Cathay Pacific's service was tremendous. My driver was at the Bangkok airport waiting to pick me up at midnight. The Zenith Hotel was a perfect place since it was just around the corner from the hospital.
I kept referring to the hospital as a 5 Star Hotel because it was so modern and new. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hospital. This was a first class hospital that I would say rivaled even our best hospitals here in the US. One of the nurses told me that the hospital had again had again passed their yearly inspection for JCIA accreditation.
Meeting the Doctor and the professional staff at the plastic surgery center put my mind more at ease. My surgery here in the USA would have actually been as an outpatient in a doctor's office costing $10,000 for breast explantremoval and lift. Instead, the fee was less than a third of the cost...and with the savings, I ended up having my lower eyelids done. I stayed overnight in the hospital in a private room. In fact, I was asked if I wanted to stay another night! It was so beautiful, modern and spotless. If I rang for the nurse, she would be there in less than a minute...and with the most pleasant attitude - even in the middle of the night. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the care was at the hospital. The Doctor came by to visit me after surgery and reported that my 20 year old breast implants had not ruptured as the MRI had shown. He was able to remove the old implant and did a beautiful lift with no new implant.
I was impressed to see how the reputation of Bumrungrad drew many people from other countries, too. During my post op visits to the doctor, I talked to patients in the waiting room who were equally impressed with the care, ability of the doctors (most trained and practiced in the US), and savings!
Was I nervous before going? Sure! A country I had never been to before traveling by myself. Would I do it again?...no question ...absolutely! but not without your help. This was the Land of Smiles. I became attached to the Thai people. I would have to say it was the most healing place I could have chosen for surgery. Upon my departure, the hotel and hospital staff who closely worked with me tearfully hugged each other ...someday I will return!

I had breast augmentation surgery 7 months ago. I started off as a full A cup and am now a comfortable D cup. It is something I had wanted since the beginning of high school and finally, after ending a long relationship, I decided to do something for myself.
Due to the extortionate cost of cosmetic surgery in Australia and after extensive research, I decided to travel to Thailand for surgery at a third of the cost. I had chosen to have my surgery performed at Bangkok 's international hospital, after viewing a documentary on television. For my own extra assurance, I chose to have the surgery performed by the head of cosmetic surgery. Some may say I took a huge risk in traveling to Thailand for the surgery, but I was 100% confident and knew the same risks would be involved in Thailand as they would be here in Australia , or anywhere else in the world.
The hospital is of excellent standard and the staff are more than helpful and exceptionally polite and considerate. If I was having any doubts at all about the surgery , they certainly would have passed the instant I met my surgeon. I felt so at ease and confident with him right away. He was very thorough at explaining the procedure and the different options available. His wife was also there with me preparing me for my consultation and she was also present throughout the surgery. She was a great support.
I have no hesitation in recommending the hospital and your services, for breast augmentation surgery. I have had no problems with my surgery at all and I am very pleased with my new look. I am available at any time to discuss my experience with women considering this surgery.
